Our March release introduces new platform configurability controls to deliver cleaner entity and people views, AI-powered registration updates, enhanced AI permissions and a refreshed minute book experience, improving how governance teams manage, interpret and act on entity data every day.

Alongside continued investment in AI and platform flexibility, this month includes a set of targeted improvements shaped by customer feedback, strengthening consistency, clarity and usability across the areas teams rely on most. You can read more about these updates in our Customer Love Sprint recap.

Enhanced Platform Configurability

Aligning the platform with how organizations operate remains a key focus. With this update, admins can hide pages, sections, fields and dropdown options across all entities.

This allows teams to surface only the information relevant to their workflows, creating a more tailored experience while reducing unnecessary complexity across the workspace. The result is a cleaner, more focused environment that supports how governance work is actually performed.

Add Registrations with AI

Athennian AI: Centralize now supports creating registrations directly within the Registrations section of an entity.

By uploading a registration document such as a trademark or business license, teams can have AI extract key details, review the information and generate new records directly from source documents. Supporting documentation is automatically stored in the minute book, keeping records and evidence connected.

API Write: Cancellations and Transfers

The Athennian API now supports writing cancellation and transfer transactions directly into entity ownership records.

This expands API coverage across securities activity, allowing organizations to maintain accurate ownership data while ensuring structure charts and reporting remain aligned without manual updates.

Minute Book Experience Update

The minute book experience has been redesigned to give teams a faster, more intuitive way to manage corporate records at scale. As document volumes grow, navigating and maintaining minute books can become increasingly complex.

This update introduces a more dynamic, flexible workspace that makes it easier to organize, access and act on records without disrupting existing workflows. All core functionality remains unchanged, now delivered through a more modern and responsive experience.

Together, these enhancements continue to strengthen the operational foundation of governance work, helping teams maintain accuracy, improve visibility and move faster as structures and requirements evolve.
