Athennian is the best place to manage documents, transactions, share certificates, org charts, and other types of dynamic entity data. As we quickly progress through the summer months, our product team has made great strides towards building out important new features that will exponentially increase flexibility and customization in Athennian.

Athennian API

Modern legal and business teams that want to break down silos, drive digital transformation, and connect entity data everywhere are seeking new ways to create efficiency. Athennian envisions an open ecosystem where you can leverage entity data to create automated workflows with other internal systems.

Phase 1 of our Partner API is currently being tested among a limited and specific set of Athennian customers. Connecting to the Athennian API opens the doors for direct access to your entity information in your other critical systems. The API enables you to push data from Athennian into other platforms, putting an end to the manual duplication of data entry and out of sync systems.

Template Library

Paralegals rely on their document templates everyday to speed up their day to day tasks, if these templates are out of date, or formatted incorrectly, it can waste valuable time. Athennian’s Template Library is a set of standardized templates that can be easily maintained and quickly updated for all customers when the requirements for one of the templates changes.

These Standard Templates live in your Template section and are centrally managed by Athennian to ensure their reliability and accuracy. With the introduction of Standard Templates, you will still have access to the templates that are unique to your business within the Custom Template section of Athennian and you will continue to have full control over managing them.

Record a Unique ID for Entities

To assist you with keeping track of your entities across systems, we've added a unique ID field. On the Entity Details page of any entity, you can specify a unique ID or number your organization uses to distinguish or identify entities across different systems.

For example, if your organization is tracking entities using an Oracle Code Number, you can keep track of that information in the Unique ID fields.

Lock Your Custom Reports

Tired of your colleagues accidentally making a change to a critical custom report? To help prevent accidental changes and ensure consistency when multiple team members use a report, we have introduced a custom reports lock feature.

The lock is present when you are the creator of a report and it gives you the ability to prevent other team members from making changes to your saved custom report. If you're collaborating on a report and want the rest of your team to have access to it, you can simply click the toggle to unlock the report. Alternatively, team members can make a copy of any locked report and use it as a starting point for their own, new saved report.

"Very easy to use, modern interface, excellent support. Athennian has an amazing conversion team. They helped us migrate all of our data and the training was very good."

Megan W, Director

“When we were reviewing other entity management systems on the market, in some cases, we were not comparing apples to apples. But with Athennian, there was really no comparison. The paralegals were so excited to come on board.”

Linda Escobar, Senior Paralegal

"There are so many things I like about this program, but the one thing that really stands out is the user friendly interface. The program is fast and allows me to enter corporate information very quickly and efficiently. I would also like to note that Athennian provides the most the fantastic customer service."
