This release includes improvements to task workflows, saved chart views and share restructurings, helping teams standardize repeat work, align on official chart versions and manage securities changes with greater confidence over time.

Custom Task Statuses

Teams can now create and manage Custom Task Statuses that mirror how work actually moves through their organization. Define status names, assign colors and reorder them to match internal workflows across entities and the Tasks area.

With clearer status signals such as “Blocked,” “In Review” or “With Finance,” teams gain faster visibility into progress, ownership, and bottlenecks, making task management more intuitive and actionable.

This also supports stronger alignment with external project management or departmental systems (ERP, accounting, fund administration) that use different status conventions, helping keep work in sync across teams and tools.

Save & Share Chart Views

In November, we introduced Saved Structure Chart Views so teams could return to the same filtered, formatted view anytime. Now, those views can also be shared across your team.

Set chart views to be private or visible to anyone with access to the underlying entity or person profile. This keeps teams aligned on consistent, audit-ready chart views for reviews, diligence and reporting, without duplicating effort.

Exchange Multiple Share Classes in One Action

You can now exchange shares from one source class into multiple target classes, better reflecting how many rollover and Section 86 exchange transactions work in practice. By supporting one-to-many exchanges, Athennian preserves the integrity of complex share restructurings as they’re executed, reviewed and audited.

Together, these enhancements reduce operational drag where it matters most: repeat governance work that scales with complexity. By improving consistency across tasks, charting and securities exchanges, Athennian helps teams maintain control and data health as organizations evolve.
