AI Summarize & AI Translate

Athennian AI now includes two new capabilities that help teams extract insight from governance documents without leaving the platform. AI Summarize generates clear, concise overviews of complex agreements, bylaws and corporate records, surfacing key obligations, dates and approvals for faster review. AI Translate allows users to translate documents directly within Athennian, helping global teams understand content and context across jurisdictions while keeping document workflows secure and centralized.

Customize Relationship Lines in Charts

Structure charts now display relationship types with greater clarity. Teams can customize line colors, styles and arrow directions for ownership, non-ownership and lender–borrower relationships, making complex structures easier to interpret at a glance. Line customization makes it easier to align charts with internal standards and third-party reporting requirements directly within Athennian.

Saved Charts Dashboard

No need to dig through records or recreate formatted charts. Saved and shared chart views are now accessible from a centralized charts dashboard with key details including chart name, home entity and last edit date. Teams can respond faster to tax, banking, audit, KYC and stakeholder requests with easy access to their approved charts library.

Custom Entity Statuses

Admins can now create custom entity statuses to reflect more precise lifecycle stages within their organization. Whether tracking entities as “In Sale,” “Strike-off” or other highly specific states, teams can align entity records to their governance processes while maintaining clearer visibility into structural changes as they occur.

Tasks Calendar View

Athennian users can now view tasks across their access groups in an interactive calendar. Deadlines appear by due date with visibility into priority and assignee, providing a consolidated view of obligations across jurisdictions. This helps teams anticipate overlaps, clarify ownership and manage workload more effectively.

Bulk Task Management

When corporate events occur, filing requirements change or priorities shift, governance teams often need to update work across many entities at once. Bulk task management helps teams keep pace with these demands by making high-volume governance work easier to control. Create, import and update tasks across multiple entities in a single step, allowing teams to quickly apply changes such as updating assignees, due dates or priorities across many tasks simultaneously.
