Custom Fields as Editable Columns on Entities Table

Take full control over how you view and manage entity data with custom fields as editable columns. Now, you can set display rules to add custom field variables directly into the main entities table. This makes it easier to tailor your views to match your specific workflow, so you can stay organized and efficient.

• Customizable Views: Choose which Custom Fields (e.g., DUNS Number, FATCA Classification, Fund Name) appear as columns.
• Easier Data Access: Quickly find and update key details based on your workflow.
• Eliminate Workarounds: No more relying on tags or assumptions—get instant access to the data your team needs.

Custom Fields as Chart Legend

Make structure charts more informative by adding picklist-value custom fields as categories in the chart legend. You can even assign colors to field values, making it easier to spot key entity details at a glance. This update helps teams quickly interpret critical information to support smarter decisions and smoother workflows.

Custom Fields for People Records

Track more with custom fields on People records. Now you can capture extra details like wiring information, diversity status, marital status, and more. Custom fields packages can be used for both entity and people records. 

What’s changing:

• Ability to add custom fields to People records.
• Track important details such as wiring information, diversity data, and marital status.
• Use purchased custom fields packages across both entity and people records.

Availability: All customers with the Custom Fields add-on.

‍Extended Access‍

Now, get a clearer view of ownership with Extended Access. You can see entities and individuals connected to those you already have access to—while respecting ethical walls and permission groups.

While you won’t be able to navigate directly to these external profiles or view full records, you’ll get key details when looking at related entities or people. This ensures you have a fuller picture of ownership relationships, all while maintaining strict access controls.

What’s new:

• Expanded Visibility: View ownership connections beyond designated access groups, only within the context of existing records.
• Maintained Security: No direct navigation or full record access, preserving strict data boundaries.
• Better Context: Gain a clearer understanding of ownership relationships without blind spots.
