What's new in Athennian

Document-Level Access Controls

Admins can now restrict access to sensitive materials like tax files, board minutes or personal data at both the folder and document levels. Even users within the same access group will only see what their role permits, keeping critical documents secure, auditable and in the right hands.

By storing sensitive documents directly in Athennian, you eliminate version confusion, reduce costs of excess systems and keep your governance records exactly where they belong.

New Dynamic Structure Charts

We recently launched major updates to structure charts that customers can start using right away. Here’s what's new:

• Performance Improvement: The new charts engine provides faster load times, greater stability and allows you to drag and drop nodes, lines and chart legends giving you more power to configure chart views for departmental and compliance needs. 
• Custom Legends: Now, admins can set default legends for consistent organization-wide charting. Plus, you can create personalized legends with custom shapes, lines, categories and colors to match your internal standards or needs.
• Shape Customization: Easily configure the outer and inner shapes, borders and connection lines for entities and people. This helps align charts to your internal formats and makes visual grouping far easier to understand.
• Layout Controls & Reordering: You can now adjust layout settings and reorder entities, making even your largest and most complex charts cleaner and more readable for every team.
• Search & Select: Use the search bar to quickly and dynamically bulk-select or hide/unhide entities or people to clean up large charts or report specific ownership views for transactions, tax or presentations without the hassle of manual filtering.

Integrate Documents Directly into Your Workflows

Athennian now lets you upload documents directly to tasks making it easier to collaborate, request signatures and move finalized files straight into the minute book. You can also link documents to meetings, so everything from AGM prep to shareholder follow-ups stays organized and accessible. This delivers a smoother way to manage key documents without breaking your workflow.
