As Director of Strategy and Operations at Athennian, Sandeep Rishi leads strategy and execution for growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, including partner ecosystem development and product requirements. He joined Athennian in 2023 to advance commercial and partnership strategy before transitioning to his current role. Previously, Sandeep worked in EY’s strategy and transactions team, in software investment banking and in various finance, strategy, operations and partnership roles at startups from seed stage through Series C. Sandeep is currently based in London.
