What’s new in Athennian AI

Athennian AI: Extract Entity Addresses

We've made entity creation even faster with Athennian AI. This update automatically extracts and classifies entity addresses from uploaded documents, eliminating the need for manual entry. Here's what's new:

• AI-Powered Address Extraction: Addresses are detected, classified, and added to entity records automatically.
• New "Address" Tab: A dedicated space to store and manage extracted addresses.
• Faster, More Accurate Entity Creation: AI handles address entry, reducing errors and saving time.

Since 99% of created entities require a business or office address, this automation ensures consistency and significantly speeds up the process.

Athennian AI: Create New Entity From Template

This update allows you to pull in saved default structures from template entities, ensuring faster and more consistent entity creation. What’s new: 

• Use Templates for Entity Creation: Users can bring over predefined structures, tasks, and documents from existing templates.
• Save Time & Reduce Manual Work: No need to build tasks from scratch after entity creation.
• Ensure Consistency: Entities remain aligned with internal processes and company standards.

This update addresses key client requests, particularly for teams that rely on standardized workflows.

AI Configuration Page: Credit Usage and Cost

We've introduced a new update to the AI Settings Page, giving admins control over AI credit and cost visibility. With this update, admins can display or hide available credits and credit costs based on their organization’s preferences. What’s new:

• Show or Hide AI Credit Costs: Admins can choose whether users see AI credit deductions in the UI.
• More Flexibility for Your Team: Law firms that don't need visibility can remove the display, while corporate teams tracking usage can keep it visible.
• Simplified AI Management: Credit display settings can be controlled directly from the AI Configuration Page.

This update ensures AI credit visibility is aligned with your organization’s needs.

What’s new in Athennian‍

Custom Fields Now Available as Filterable Options

We've enhanced Structure Charts by allowing users to filter by custom fields, providing more flexibility in visualizing entity data. Organizations tracking key details like Project ID or Carry Vehicle can now refine charts to focus on the most relevant entities. What’s new:

• Use Custom Fields as Filters: Picklist, multi-pick, and date-based custom fields can be used to refine structure charts.
• See Only What Matters: Large charts can be filtered down to display only relevant entities.
• Admin Control: Super admins can enable filtering for specific custom fields based on team needs.

Note: This feature is OFF by default for existing customers. To enable filtering for custom fields, users are advised to contact their CSM.

Faster, Smarter Structure Charts

We've updated Structure Charts to improve usability and make them easier to read. These enhancements help create clearer, more relevant charts with less manual effort. What’s new: 

• Dynamic Rendering – When entities are hidden, the chart automatically adjusts, removing blank spaces for better readability.
• Faster Load Times – Optimized performance ensures charts load quicker.

Update on Debt Tracking Release—Coming soon

In our pre-release communications, we shared that Athennian’s new Debt section was set to go live in February. To ensure the best experience, we’re taking extra time to make further improvements based on feedback before the final release. We’ll announce the launch date soon.
