Recognizing that not all users have the clearance to handle all information, it implements restriction on PII at the user level by assigning users to specific groups.

Overview and List customizations

Finance teams, legal departments and executives can now tailor entity views for streamlined operations and workflow efficiency. Users can customize their entity list columns to display only the data they need, ensuring a streamlined view. Additionally, the entity overview can be tailored to show information that aligns with the user’s specific role preferences.

Structure Chart Editing and Enhancements

Managing and understanding the complex structures of corporate entities is easier now with the structure chart editing tools. This feature enables users to manipulate information directly within Athennian to generate charts that meet specific requirements. Users can hide or unhide chart levels and expand or collapse capital classes for tailored visualization. These customized charts can be saved to documents within Athennian, streamlining documentation and reporting processes.

Cash and Percentage Ownership Tracking

Ownership details have been enhanced to encompass three total capital types (Share capital, Cash capital and Percentage capital) improving the system’s ability to accurately reflect different forms of capital. These settings can be applied at the share class level, ensuring that associated transactions automatically inherit these details for consistent and accurate data across the system.
