View Registrations in a Single Row With Custom Reports
Athennian users had several great ideas for improvements to our Custom Reports—and we are incorporating this feedback.
Previously, running a Custom Report on registrations with more than one agent could be a frustrating experience. A new row was generated for each Agent or Address causing single registrations to be returned multiple times. This resulted in reports that had too much information and required manual report formatting to remove the redundant information.
Custom Reports have now been adjusted so that a new column is generated for each Agent or Address. The result is a streamlined report that allows you to easily review Registrations in an easy-to-read format. This also saves time as no additional work is required to reformat the reports.
With Custom Reports you can create reports that contain key pieces of information such as Formation Date and the Bring Forward Date. Through the use of filters you have the flexibility to turn fields on or off, allowing you to run reports to see the complete picture or narrow results to, for example, a single office.
Improved Signature Blocks
We understand the need to generate professional looking documents with minimal time investment for adjustments and tweaks. Signature blocks have been improved to intelligently generate in the relevant required format, empowering you to generate documents with confidence and freeing you up to focus on higher value work. Organize your Custom Reports with Folders
Do you have a long list of Custom Reports? Do you have ‘themes’ within your Custom Reports? Are some reports only specific to certain teams or offices?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then this update impacts you. You can now group and organize reports into folders. This simplifies your reports list and helps you easily find the report(s) you need.
Director Identification Number (DIN)
More and more countries are creating Director Identification regimes as part of ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO) frameworks. Following India and the UK, Australia is the third major economy that has recently introduced a Director Identification Number (DIN) regulation requiring the use of DINs on all signed company documents.
Athennian enables you to track this important information within a person's contact page under Identification.
Keep the Virtual Minute Book (VMB) Up-to-Date
Do you frequently have to move multiple documents into a minute book? Instead of moving each document one by one, you can now select multiple files and/or folders and move them to the virtual minute book all at once.
Select the file(s)/folder(s) and click Move to Minute Book. You are also able to select which entity you would like the documents to go to after clicking Move to Minute Book.
