We will always make sure to get back to you — whether it’s to move forward with next steps or to share feedback if you’ve completed an interview.
We are remote-first and hire globally. Most roles work from their home location day-to-day. In-person collaboration happens in two ways:
Generally speaking, you work your standard business hours in your own time-zone. Certain customer-facing or highly cross-functional roles may request a few hours’ overlap with other regions, but we respect local time-zones and aim for asynchronous collaboration wherever practical.
We kick off onboarding every Tuesday so new joiners have everything ready on day one.
We know starting a new role can be intense; our structured but friendly program is designed to make the first week exciting, not overwhelming.
Athennian grows quickly, and so can you. We maintain documented career paths and competency rubrics for the vast majority of roles, updated annually.
